Terms of Service

MemeMatrix AI is a meme production site operated by MemeMatrix Media, Hockley County, Texas, USA. It publishes a daily broadcast of AI-generated memes and lets visitors generate their own images, captions, voiceovers and short video clips through third-party AI models we call on your behalf.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the exit is the same browser tab you came in through.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MemeMatrix AI, and at least 16 if you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the site with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children below these ages; if we learn we have, we delete it.

You can browse and generate without an account. An account lets you save generations to a library, mark them public or private, and — for approved crew members — plan the posting schedule.

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@memematrix.media if you think it has been taken over.

Comedy is broad. It is not infinite. You may not use MemeMatrix AI to generate, save or publish content that is hateful or harassing toward people or groups, sexual content involving minors, defamatory claims about real people, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes of real individuals presented as genuine, election or public-health disinformation, or anything illegal where you or we operate.

The full list, in plainer language, is on the Acceptable Use Policy. Violating it ends your access, without a refund of goodwill.

You also may not scrape, resell access to, reverse-engineer, or automate the generators beyond normal human use, or try to route around the rate limits.

Every generator is metered per visitor over a rolling window — images, captions, voiceovers and video renders each have their own ceiling, and video is the strictest because it is the most expensive. Limits are not published as guarantees and we may change them at any time to keep the lights on. Hitting a limit is not a fault; it is arithmetic.

Everything the generators produce is synthetic. It may be wrong, unflattering, oddly specific, or accidentally profound. It is not fact, advice, or a statement by any real person, even when it sounds like one. Treat it as a joke made by a machine, because that is exactly what it is.

You are responsible for what you prompt and for what you do with the result — especially before publishing it anywhere.

Shared, non-exclusive, no hostages. You keep whatever rights you have in the content you generate and may use it however you like, including commercially. We keep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, reproduce and promote content you save as public or submit for the broadcast, including on our social channels.

Neither side is exclusive. We are not claiming your memes, and you are not claiming ours. Content you keep private stays private and is not published by us.

You confirm you have the rights to whatever you upload or reference — source images, clip URLs, audio, names, brands.

Generation, video assembly, hosting, authentication and social posting run through third-party providers. Their outages are our outages, and their content policies apply on top of ours. When you connect a social account or ask us to publish, you also agree to that platform's terms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violating these terms, abusing the generators, or putting the service at legal or financial risk. You may delete your account whenever you like by writing to contact@memematrix.media. Content you published publicly may persist in caches and on third-party platforms we cannot control.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the output will be accurate, funny, or safe for your specific workplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeMatrix Media, Hockley County, Texas, USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold MemeMatrix Media, Hockley County, Texas, USA harmless from claims, damages and costs arising out of content you generate, save or publish, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes get announced on the site. Continuing to use MemeMatrix AI after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in or serving Hockley County, Texas, and both sides consent to that venue.
