Make fun of everything. Do not make fake evidence. That is the whole policy, and everything below is the footnote version.

Breaking these rules ends your access, and the serious categories end it immediately.

THIS PAGE IS MAINTAINED BY MEMEMATRIX MEDIA, HOCKLEY COUNTY, TEXAS, USA TO DESCRIBE HOW MEMEMATRIX AI OPERATES. IT IS OUR OWN STATEMENT OF PRACTICE — NOT LEGAL ADVICE, AND NOT AN INDEPENDENT CERTIFICATION OR AUDIT.

01 / THE SPIRIT OF THE THING

MemeMatrix AI exists to make absurd, deadpan, occasionally rude comedy. Punch at ideas, institutions, trends, and yourself. Do not punch at people who cannot punch back, and do not use a synthetic voice or face to make someone appear to say something they never said.

02 / PROHIBITED CONTENT

Do not generate, save, submit or publish through this service:

  • Sexual content involving minors, in any style or depiction — this is reported, not just removed
  • Sexual content involving real identifiable people without their consent
  • Hate speech, slurs, or content that dehumanises people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or immigration status
  • Targeted harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or incitement to brigade someone
  • Glorification or promotion of violence, terrorism, or violent extremism
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Defamatory factual claims about real people or businesses
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or instructions for serious wrongdoing
  • Election, census or public-health disinformation, including fabricated results, dates, procedures, or medical claims
  • Graphic gore or shock content whose only purpose is distress rather than comedy
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
  • Anything otherwise illegal where you or we operate

03 / REAL PEOPLE AND DEEPFAKES

Our video generator produces synthetic speech and lip sync. That makes it easy to build something convincing, so the rules are strict.

Not allowed: synthetic audio or video of a real identifiable person — public figure or private individual — presented as genuine footage; fabricated statements, confessions, endorsements or announcements attributed to a real person; voice cloning of a real person without their documented consent; impersonating an official account, brand, or news organisation.

Generally fine: obviously fictional characters, exaggerated archetypes, and clearly-labelled parody or satire that no reasonable viewer would mistake for real footage. If parody could be mistaken for reality, label it visibly as AI-generated parody — and if you are unsure, that is your answer.

04 / TECHNICAL ABUSE

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, share or resell access, script the generators, scrape the site, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to extract provider API keys or other users' private content. Also: no prompt engineering aimed specifically at producing content prohibited above. The models have their own safety filters, and trying to defeat them is itself a violation.

05 / IF WE PUBLISH IT

Content selected for the daily broadcast or posted to our social channels also has to satisfy each platform's rules, which are sometimes stricter than ours. We may decline to publish anything, for any reason, including "we simply did not find it funny".

06 / ENFORCEMENT

Depending on severity we may remove content, revoke public visibility, throttle or suspend access, delete an account, or report activity to the relevant authorities. Severe violations — especially anything involving minors — result in immediate termination without warning.

Enforcement is at our discretion, and not enforcing a rule once does not waive it.

07 / REPORTING A PROBLEM

Email contact@memematrix.media with a link and a sentence about the issue. Copyright complaints have their own route on the DMCA page. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, reply to the notice and explain why — we do reverse calls we got wrong.
